Customer Satisfaction - The Art of Quality

The digital shift is disrupting our current IT landscapes as well as our business models. As a result we need to rewire our IT systems, redesign how we approach our customers and ensure satisfied customers.

While many organisation are focused on implementing new digital technologies and supporting processes, ensuring that these technologies are cost-effectively implemented and maintained, and that they deliver the expected customer satisfaction is often neglected.

The Art of Quality and Quality Management is more than testing the software, it is a fundamental pillar in achieving customer satisfaction in the Digital Age. It addresses not only the product or service, but the underlying processes in creating, assuring, controlling and improving the products or services. It requires clearly defined quality-ensuring and quality-creating activities through the entire lifecycle of an IT project.

Quality Assurance anno 2018 requires a broad range of activities; understanding your client/user and the journey they are on, reshaping your QA organization to become more customer-centric, aligning processes across the entire organization, training of personnel and proper documentation – all of which will ensure a higher quality and ultimately lead to an increased customer satisfaction.

To achieve customer satisfaction, you need to master the art of quality!

VAN GOGH EXHIBITION

Quality Summit will be hosted at ARKEN, next to a unique exhibition of van Gogh’s works with a focus on the relations among art, humanity, nature and religion. It's been more than 50 years since the Danish public has been able to experience a large exhibition devoted exclusively to van Gogh’s paintings and drawings.

Van Gogh’s spirituality and his artistic focus on humanity and nature are unparalleled. Van Gogh was a religious artist, convinced that he could do good by creating beautiful paintings. ARKEN’s exhibition shows with 28 paintings and 11 drawings how his depictions of hard-working farm labourers and captivating landscapes in Arles were meant to express the divine in nature and mankind at a time of new departures in society when traditional faith was coming under pressure from modern philosophy and science.

COMING UP: VAN GOGH
Vincent van Gogh, Pollard willows at sunset, March 1888. Coll. Kröller-Müller, Otterlo

Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890) is one of the world’s best known and most important artists. His fame is due to his incredibly beautiful paintings as well as the intimate knowledge of his personal life we gain from his extensive correspondence with his brother Theo. Together these have helped to build up the ultimate myth of the artist as a tormented artistic mind that created the most beautiful works of art. Van Gogh’s works herald modernity in art, for example by opening doors to psychology and the subjective in painting, creating expressive energy with his vibrant colours, and taking ground-breaking steps towards abstraction.
